Animals have always been my world. Growing up, I was surrounded by dogs and spent my time riding and grooming my own horse. I even wanted to be a vet, but I realized I wanted to work with animals in a way that brought more joy—so I became a dog groomer instead!
For me, grooming is not just about haircuts. It’s about building trust, making dogs feel safe and happy, and watching them grow from puppies into lifelong friends. Every dog has their own personality, and I love bringing out their unique charm with a fresh, fabulous groom.
At home, I have three wonderful dogs: Dean (a fluffy Shih Tzu), Loua (a stylish big Poodle), and Lilo (my cheeky French Bulldog). When I’m not grooming, you’ll find me cooking up delicious meals or taking long, refreshing walks in the woods with my pups.
I believe every dog deserves love, attention, and the right care for their coat. That’s why I always give my clients tips to keep their dogs looking and feeling their best between grooms.

Bedankt weer voor het knippen van Roosje! Ze ziet er weer uit als een echte prinses. Jouw vakmanschap, rust en liefde voor dieren doen haar echt goed — dat merken we elke keer weer. Elke hond en baasje verdienen Kim in hun leven, je bent de liefste en vooral meest deskundige hondentrimster die ik ken, het is altijd een feestje voor zowel Lizzy als voor mij als ze bij Kim is geweest en er prachtig vandaan komt.

Onze Diesel gaat altijd met plezier naar Kim en komt er elke keer prachtig verzorgd weer uit! Zijn vacht ziet er altijd perfect uit, en we krijgen regelmatig complimenten over hoe mooi en verzorgd hij eruitziet. Kim behandelt hem met zoveel liefde en geduld, en dat merken we echt. Wij zijn ontzettend blij met haar en raden haar zeker aan aan iedereen die een fijne, professionele hondentrimster zoekt!

Kim heeft niet alleen veel kennis van verschillende honden rassen maar ook een oprechte passie voor dieren. Tijdens de trimbeurt merkte ik meteen hoe rustig en geduldig zij met mijn hondjes omging. Ze neemt de tijd om ze gerust te stellen wat resulteerde in steeds minder stress ervaringen voor mijn hondjes. Elk detail van het trimproces begrijpt zij en zij past zich aan aan de behoefte en temperament van elk hondje. De resultaten zijn geweldig, mijn hondjes zien er na de trimbeurt heel netjes en tevreden uit. Het is zeldzaam om zo iemand te vinden die niet alleen professioneel is maar ook zoveel liefde en aandacht in haar werk steekt. Ik kan Kim van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die opzoek is naar een betrouwbare en zorgzame trimster met een vleugje extra!

The frequency depends on your dog’s breed and coat type. Long-haired breeds like Poodles and Shih Tzus typically need grooming every 4–8 weeks, while short-haired breeds may need a session every few months. Regular grooming helps keep your dog’s coat healthy and prevents matting.
A full groom includes a breed-specific haircut, nail trimming, ear cleaning, washing, and undercoat removal if needed. Each session is tailored to your dog’s coat and needs.
First-time grooms are all about making your pup feel comfortable. I introduce them gently to the grooming process with plenty of patience and positive reinforcement. If you’re unsure how your dog will react, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp with any questions!
Absolutely! I specialize in working with nervous dogs, using a calm and patient approach to help them feel safe. Over time, many dogs become more relaxed and even enjoy their grooming sessions.
Make sure your pup has had a short walk beforehand and hasn’t eaten a large meal right before the appointment. If your dog has matting or skin conditions, let me know in advance so I can provide the best care.
Most dogs are calmer and more cooperative when their owners aren’t present. However, if you’re worried, let’s chat beforehand to see what’s best for your pup!
If the coat is too tangled, shaving may be the most humane option to avoid pain and discomfort. I always try to save as much of the coat as possible, and I’ll give you advice on how to prevent matting in the future.

Yes! I offer gentle, stress-free puppy grooming sessions to introduce young dogs to the grooming process. It’s best to start when they’re around 12–16 weeks old to help them get used to it.
